Work Life Resources

With more working couples and single parents, personal matters are harder than ever to manage. Baby sitters, child rearing issues, pressures of school, preparation for college, aging parents all demand more of our time than we sometimes have. The IBH work life resource helps employees manage everyday tasks that are sometimes difficult and time consuming when trying to balance the demands of both work and life.

IBH work life services provide employees, at no cost, information and referral to life cycle services such as:

Adoption issues
After school programs
Au pairs
Boarding schools
College planning
Day care centers
Child care homes
Senior housing
Parent education
Retirement housing
Legal information and services

The work life program has a wide variety of written, audio, and video material available that address inquiries about children, adolescents, adults, life transitions, seniors, and health issues.
