Supervisor Consultations

Consultations for managers and supervisors are available to guide you to appropriate resources and actions for addressing difficult workplace situations. Your EAP is a tool that can help improve productivity, resolve conflicts, and can be made available through traumatic events. Simply call the EAP for confidential advice and information.


Referring an Employee to the EAP

Based on your workplace policies, you may be able to initiate an EAP referral as part of your company's conduct processes. You must coordinate referrals with your HR and IBH.
